EMPLOYEE CRITERIA

All of our highly professional employees are bonded/insured and must pass both a criminal background check and a drug screening prior to employment. They are also required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement upon hiring, stating that they will not misappropriate any confidential customer materials. Any breach of these criteria will result in immediate termination. In addition, our customer service representatives are properly licensed, uniformed and wear ID badges for easy identification.

INSURANCE

General Business Liability Insurance alone is insufficient to protect your company. It will not cover damages to you or your clients caused by the release of information entrusted to your destruction company. We are one of the few companies in the industry which can prove our complete trust and reliability by carrying an E & O insurance policy (which will insure you for any errors or omissions on our part.) In addition to this, our employees are bonded and insured for your peace of mind.

CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION

A Certificate of Destruction is provided for your records to document the complete destruction of all materials. This is verification that all information received has been destroyed in a confidential manner.

NAID

We are members of the National Association for Information Destruction and adhere to its strict standard operating procedures and code of ethics.
