Requirements:

  • CDL B License w./ Airbrakes Endorsement (min. 2 years driving experience)
  • Safe driving record (subject to MVR verification)
  • Exceptional communications skills with strong work ethic
  • High School Degree
  • Minimum of two years customer service experience
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds regularly.

2. Inside Sales Representatives | Send us your Resume

Requirements:

  • Four year college degree preferred
  • 1-3 years business to business inside sales experience
  • Strong telephone communication skills
  • Excellent writing and computer skills
  • Candidate must be goal oriented, highly confident, and self motivated

Responsibilities:

The sales representative will be responsible for identifying and closing smaller sized opportunities and for qualifying larger sized opportunities for other members of the Shred One sales team. The representative will perform outbound calling to company and individually generated leads. Other duties include mailing out seed letters and brochures to attract customer interest.

  • Cold Calling local business prospects
  • Scheduling Appointments with prospects
  • Making customer presentations and identifying customer needs
  • Preparing, delivering and following up on proposals
  • Closing new business in accordance with individual sales goals
